When Mike and Tracy began planning their wedding, they knew they wanted a celebration that felt intimate, romantic, and deeply personal. Bringing together their closest family and friends from Colorado, their Jacuzzi Family Vineyards wedding in Napa Valley was filled with thoughtful design, incredible food, and the effortless charm of wine country. From a six-course welcome dinner at Auberge du Soleil to a vineyard cocktail hour surrounded by vines, every detail was curated to make guests feel celebrated and immersed in the beauty of Napa.

Mike and Tracy envisioned a weekend that prioritized connection and experience. Every choice they made — from the intimate guest count to the interactive dinner and late-night treats — reflected their love of bringing people together. Their warmth and attention to detail set the tone for a celebration that felt both luxurious and personal.
THE VENUE: Located in the heart of wine country, Jacuzzi Family Vineyards offered the perfect balance of rustic charm and timeless elegance. With its stone architecture, romantic courtyards, and sweeping vineyard views, the venue provided a stunning backdrop for Mike and Tracy’s heartfelt celebration.
THE INSPIRATION: We leaned into the natural romance of Napa with a color palette of soft pinks, creamy whites, and lush greenery. The goal was to create an atmosphere that felt intimate, refined, and deeply romantic — with subtle nods to the rustic textures and tones of wine country. The result was a design that felt timeless yet fresh, complementing the vineyard setting perfectly.
FLORALS AND DECOR: LC Floral created a lush, garden-inspired floral story that wove throughout the day — from the ceremony arch framed by grapevines to the elegant tablescapes inside the reception. The florals featured layers of pinks, whites, and greenery for a look that was both romantic and natural, enhancing the setting without overpowering it.
FOOD AND DRINK: The weekend kicked off with a six-course wine-pairing welcome dinner at Auberge du Soleil, where guests were treated to an unforgettable culinary experience and stunning sunset views.
On the wedding day, guests enjoyed cocktails nestled deep in the vineyard, surrounded by vines and golden light — a true immersion in the Napa Valley landscape.
When unexpected wind swept through the property just before dinner, the celebration seamlessly transitioned indoors without missing a beat. Inside, guests discovered an interactive dining experience featuring stations like build-your-own risotto, a lavish grazing table, and a carving station — creating a relaxed, social flow that encouraged mingling and conversation.
Later in the night, guests were surprised with made-to-order wood-fired pizzas, followed by a cookie wall from JT The Sweet Spot featuring a mix of cookies, rice krispie treats, and take-home boxes. The couple also enjoyed a stunning cake by Flour and Bloom Cakes, blending classic beauty with a modern wine country flair.
THE WELCOME PARTY: The celebration began the night before the wedding with a six-course wine-pairing dinner at Auberge du Soleil, where guests enjoyed a personalized menu and breathtaking Napa Valley views. It was the perfect way to welcome their loved ones and set the tone for a weekend full of connection, elegance, and joy.
THE CEREMONY: Set outdoors among the vineyards, Mike and Tracy exchanged vows surrounded by lush florals, soft pink tones, and sweeping views of the vines. The setting was intimate and breathtaking — a true reflection of the couple’s love story.
THE RECEPTION: Dinner and dancing followed indoors, where the design seamlessly carried through with romantic lighting, lush florals, and warm textures. Runaway DJ kept the energy high as guests mingled, dined, and danced late into the night, enjoying wood-fired pizzas and dessert well past sunset.
