Tina and Tony envisioned a wedding that felt refined, romantic, and effortlessly elegant. They wanted an all-white palette with just a hint of modern detail — something timeless yet fresh. The result was a celebration that felt elevated and classic, while still full of warmth and joy.
What I loved most about this wedding was that it struck the perfect balance: elegant and polished, yet undeniably fun.
Tina and Tony gravitate toward clean lines, intentional design, and understated beauty. They knew from the start they wanted a white and green palette — something that would complement the natural vineyard landscape rather than compete with it. Their vision was romantic, timeless, and cohesive from start to finish.
The Venue: Set among the rolling hills of Morgan Hill, Clos LaChance Winery offers couples that Napa Valley winery feeling — but much closer to home for Bay Area and South Bay couples.
Think:
For couples wanting wine country elegance without traveling north, this venue is truly premier.
The Inspiration: Tina and Tony kept their palette modern and romantic with whites and greens. Instead of overpowering the venue’s naturally lush landscape, we used white as the primary accent — allowing it to pop beautifully against the vineyard’s greenery.
Ceremony Design: The ceremony took place on the lawn, where white chairs lined the aisle and clusters of baby’s breath framed the walkway. Against the green grass and vineyard backdrop, the white details felt crisp and elevated.
At the altar, instead of a traditional overhead arch, we designed a large-scale floor floral installation in white and green. I told the florist we wanted height, dimension, and variety to draw the eye toward the center — and they absolutely nailed it. The arrangement created a focal point without blocking the natural beauty behind it.
Reception Design: For the reception, we continued the monochromatic elegance. White linens kept everything clean and refined, while sage napkins added soft touches of green.
Tables featured:
The overall effect was timeless, airy, and sophisticated — elegant without ever feeling overdone.
Custom Details: One of the sweetest elements was their custom seating chart, where each guest received a bud vase to take home. It doubled as décor and a thoughtful keepsake, perfectly reflecting the couple’s intentional approach to every detail.
The day flowed seamlessly from a vineyard ceremony framed in white florals to a candlelit reception filled with laughter, dancing, and heartfelt moments. With live harp music during the ceremony and an upbeat DJ keeping the dance floor full, the celebration felt balanced — serene and romantic at first, then lively and joyful as the night unfolded.
Marissa and Ross’ wedding was luxurious, joyful, and impeccably designed — a celebration where every detail served a purpose and every guest felt deeply cared for. It was an honor to bring this vision to life and create a day that felt both timeless and unforgettable.
