Rebecca and Rom’s wedding weekend at Silverado Resort was one for the books — sophisticated, joyful, and full of personal touches that made every moment unforgettable. From a ladies’ picnic on the lawn while the guys teed off, to the lively welcome party and unforgettable after-party, this couple didn’t hold back on celebrating with their favorite people. With a vision of modern elegance and black-tie refinement, their day was a perfect reflection of who they are — stylish, intentional, and full of love.

Rebecca and Romtin are the kind of couple who bring warmth and style wherever they go. Their wedding weekend was a true reflection of their personalities — elegant yet fun, sophisticated yet completely welcoming. Surrounded by family and friends (and their pup!) who traveled in to celebrate, they created an atmosphere that felt both timeless and joy-filled from start to finish.
THE VENUE:Set against the rolling vineyards and timeless charm of Silverado Resort, the weekend offered the perfect blend of classic Napa beauty and modern sophistication. Guests enjoyed the resort’s open lawns, grand oak trees, and the sweeping wine country views that made each event feel like a dream.
THE INSPIRATION: The inspiration for the design came from a custom monogram created by one of the couple’s dear friends. We carried that motif throughout the entire event — from invitations and signage to subtle design moments across the reception. The overall aesthetic was modern, chic, and refined, with a classic black-and-white palette accented by deep burgundy florals. Every choice was intentional, balancing tradition with fresh, bold design moments that made the celebration feel one-of-a-kind.
FLORALS AND DECOR: Working with Moonlight Floral Co, we crafted arrangements that brought depth and texture to the neutral palette — deep burgundy blooms paired with soft whites and greenery to add richness without overpowering the space. The ceremony featured a curved slatted backdrop, a statement piece that perfectly framed the couple as they said their vows.
Inside the reception, every design element felt elevated and unexpected — round menus tucked neatly into the center of each charger, place cards nestled between the tines of forks, and floral installations cascading throughout the space. A pink phone booth housed their audio guestbook from FêteFone, adding a playful yet sophisticated touch to the celebration.
FOOD AND DRINK: Guests were treated to a refined dining experience complete with signature cocktails and lively toasts. A highlight of the evening was the tequila shot wall, which became an instant favorite among guests. Dessert featured an ornate, art-deco–inspired cake by Flour and Bloom Cakes, its imprinted pattern a perfect nod to the couple’s modern-meets-classic aesthetic.
THE CEREMONY:Set beneath the grove at Silverado Resort, Rebecca and Rom’s ceremony was timeless and heartfelt. The curved slatted backdrop, draped with florals, created a stunning modern altar. Every detail — from the aisle design to the soft music provided by Frozen Fiddler Rose — contributed to the romantic and elegant atmosphere.
THE RECEPTION: Dinner and dancing took place beneath the trees, where guests dined under a canopy of twinkle lights and floral chandeliers. The energy built as the night went on, culminating in a lively sparkler exit that led straight into their after-party, complete with dynamic lighting, a killer set from DJ Works SF, and unforgettable vibes that carried late into the night.
