When it comes to thoughtful wedding details, Kevin and Courtney set the bar high. Their Wente Vineyards wedding in Livermore was a perfect blend of personal touches, creative design, and heartfelt moments—all set against the stunning backdrop of wine Livermore country.
Kevin and Courtney are the kind of couple who care deeply about the little things. Their personalities shone through every aspect of their day—from sentimental gifts to curated music to playful nods to their shared interests. They’re both avid vinyl collectors, lovers of good design, and big believers in making memories with the people they love.
THE VENUE: For their venue, Kevin and Courtney chose the beautiful Wente Vineyards in Livermore. With its rolling hills, lush lawns, and vineyard views, it gave them the perfect outdoor space for a relaxed yet elegant celebration.
THE INSPIRATION: Their inspiration? A soft, romantic color palette of blush, peach, and subtle touches of orange. The entire design was centered around creating a welcoming, detail-driven atmosphere that reflected their personalities and made guests feel at home.
One of the standout elements was their guest book—a collection of records, hand-picked from their personal collection and their parents’ favorites, for guests to sign with sweet messages. It was such a fun and meaningful twist on a classic tradition.
THE FLORALS + DECOR: Amy West Floral Design brought the couple’s vision to life with soft blooms in blush, peach, and creams, perfectly accenting the venue’s natural beauty. The all-white dance floor popped beautifully on the lawn, especially once the sun began to set and the twinkle lights came on. Rentals from Trend Event Collections and signage by Hand Lettered by Tiffany tied everything together with thoughtful cohesion.
The couple thought of everything when it came to fun and interactive guest experiences. A retro phone booth from Bay Area Prop Rentals housed their audio guest book from FeteFone (a total hit!) and doubled as a cute photo backdrop. Nearby, a vintage VW bus turned photo booth from OSA Fotography had guests lining up for snapshots all night long.
Comfort: As the evening cooled down, baskets of wraps and blankets were available for guests to cozy up—such a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed.
FOOD & DRINK: Catering was handled by Catered, Too, and the couple opted for a full outdoor dining experience that felt relaxed and elevated. Guests enjoyed great food, good wine, and dancing under the stars to the incredible sounds of Lucky Devils Band.
THE CEREMONY: Their ceremony took place outdoors and was officiated by one of the couple’s closest friends—someone who knows their story well and brought a personal touch to the moment. He even incorporated quotes from a Dr. Seuss book into the ceremony, adding a light and whimsical layer to their official vows. Prior to the ceremony, Kevin and Courtney exchanged private vows and sentimental gifts in a quiet moment together
RECEPTION: With the live band setting the mood, guests took to the all-white dance floor and partied under the night sky. The lighting by Joe Squared Productions made the space glow, while the mix of live music, cozy lounge areas, and personal touches created a truly magical vibe.
Kevin and Courtney’s wedding at Wente Vineyards was truly one of those days that reminds me why I love what I do. From our first planning meeting to their final dance under the stars, every detail was crafted with intention—and it was such an honor to help bring their vision to life. They cared deeply about making their day meaningful, personal, and fun, and watching it all come together was pure magic.
