Planning Gianna and Nikko’s wedding was an absolute blast. From the very beginning, they had big ideas — bold, playful, and deeply reflective of who they are and the people they love. They wanted a celebration that felt energetic, immersive, and unforgettable for their 250 guests.
The only idea I firmly vetoed? A dunk tank during cocktail hour. Yes, truly. And no, I was not joking.
Everything else? We ran with it.
Gianna and Nikko are the kind of couple who light up every room they walk into. They care deeply about their people and wanted every part of their wedding to feel interactive, fun, and full of intention. Their day wasn’t just about beautiful design — it was about creating moments that guests could experience together.
Ceremony & Cocktail Hour: The ceremony took place lakeside, framed by vibrant florals that popped beautifully against the natural backdrop.
To kick off cocktail hour, Gianna and Nikko poured an espresso martini tower — a moment that immediately set the tone for a celebration full of personality.
Guests mingled around the white barn, enjoying:
Instead of a traditional cake, the couple opted for a charming local ice cream cart, serving guests a beloved local favorite.
Dinner Reception: Dinner was served family-style in the horse arena, which we transformed completely. Drapery and custom greenery chandeliers were installed overhead to warm the space and make it feel intimate despite the 250-person guest count.
Their sweetheart table was placed on a riser so they could see every single guest — a detail that meant so much to them.
Dance Reception & Surprises: As guests entered the dance barn, they were surprised by a 9-person live band from Lucky Devils Band, immediately kicking off the high-energy party.
An ice sculpture by Chisel It Ice was carved to serve lemon drop shots — a statement piece and interactive experience all in one.
And because Gianna and Nikko don’t do anything halfway, we surprised guests late in the night with The Original Burger Dog rolling in for the ultimate nostalgic bite.
The day unfolded seamlessly across the property, beginning with a lakeside ceremony that felt vibrant, joyful, and deeply personal. Guests then transitioned into cocktail hour, where an espresso martini tower kicked off the celebration alongside personalized games, a charming ice cream cart, and a seating chart installation that doubled as art. Dinner followed inside the transformed horse arena — family-style, draped, candlelit, and intentionally intimate despite the 250-person guest count. As the evening continued, guests were surprised by a live band that launched the dance reception into full energy mode, complete with lemon drop shots from a custom ice sculpture, florals everywhere you looked, and a courtyard party that spilled into the night.
Gianna and Nikko’s wedding was bold, colorful, and unapologetically them. Every detail reflected their personalities, their humor, and their love for their people. It was immersive, interactive, and designed to keep guests engaged from start to finish.
If you’re dreaming of a wedding that feels vibrant, intentional, and completely reflective of you — even if that includes wild ideas we might lovingly veto — we’d love to help bring it to life.
