In the heart of Pleasanton, Sharon’s son and daughter-in-law’s sprawling property became the playground of celebration for Sharon’s 80th birthday. The vibrant patio transformed into a dance floor and lounge, the glistening pool adorned with its natural splendor served as decor, while an extended cement area awaited to host this special feast. As guests arrived, they were welcomed by the effervescent charm of “Sharon’s Heavenly Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail,” each sip encapsulating the essence of the celebration. With a hibiscus flower gracefully floating atop, it mirrored Sharon’s effervescence.
A Feast of Flavors: From Salads to Smiles
A feast as vibrant as the celebrant herself delighted the guests hearts and bellies. Fraiche Catering masterfully orchestrated a culinary journey, blending nostalgia with innovation. The dinner commenced with a crisp Napa salad, a precursor to an abundant buffet that showcased Sharon’s love for variety. From mac and cheese to broccolini, the buffet indulged every palate. A captivating carving station featured mesquite chicken and smoked prime rib, a culinary symphony completed by an array of accouterments. It was as delicious as it was gorgeous!
As the sun dipped below the horizon, a vibrant cake emerged as a marvelous centerpiece for this wonderful 80th birthday celebration. The Sugar Bug crafted a cake that mirrored Sharon’s sweet and sassy nature, a visual delight paired with custom cookies that echoed the theme. Throughout the event, Sharon’s life journey was told through a mesmerizing collage of photos, curated with love by her family. An endearing presentation that perfectly captured her spirit was such a special added touch to this 80th birthday party.
