High school sweethearts, Kylie and Tyler, wanted both a rustic-barn and an elegant vibe for their October wedding leading them to the brand new
Fox Haven Ranch venue in Byron, California.
While venue searching, the bride, Kylie, knew that she wanted a barn setting but she also knew that she wanted it to be more upscale and incorporate some bling into the day, too! Thankfully
Fox Haven Ranch was on the tale-end of their construction and preparing to open shortly before the couples big day.
Fox Haven’s large barn and outdoor ceremony gazebo was the perfect space because it was not your typical rustic barn and allowed Kylie to transform it into a more elegant vibe. From chiffon draping to a crystal chandelier and all of the details in-between, the October wedding was the perfect balance between rustic and elegant.
The venue had so many great decor pieces on their property that we were able to incorporate into the couples big day. While the items were great as they were, we wanted to enhance them with fresh flowers and the couples personal touch. The brand new gazebo structure where the couple exchanged vows, officiated by the grooms father, was enhanced with ivory chiffon drapery by
Fantasy Sound events who also installed drapery inside the barn and handled the DJ services, as well. The ceremony space got a little big of bling with a crystal chandelier hanging above where the bride and groom stood hand-in-hand. Large floral arrangements by
Delford West Flowers, flanked both sides of the drapery and small bunches were tied onto the chairs lining the aisle. The florals were in blush, pink, and white with an abundance of greenery and coordinated with the reception flowers on the guests tables.
Standing on either side of the Bride and Groom was their bridal party of twelve, made up of childhood friends as well as their siblings. The bridesmaids wore blush floor length gowns with a halter neckline by
Birdy Grey that featured a pleated detail on the bodice and empire waist. The groomsmen wore navy blue suits with white vests and blush ties from
Mens Wearhouse that coordinated with the blush bridesmaids they escorted down the aisle.
The brides gown, in a mermaid style complete with a lace train, lace details throughout the dress, peekaboo tulle in the front, and delicate buttons up the sheer back was by designer Galia Lahav and purchased at Kinsley James Couture Bridal. The gown had a deep v-neckline and slight cap sleeves that sat sweetly over the brides shoulders. Kylie paired her beautiful gown with a cathedral length lace veil that she wore tucked in the back of her hair. The groom , wearing a navy blue 3-piece suit matched his groomsmen but paired his suit with a white vest and donned a white bow-tie with his outfit.
The bride and her six bridesmaids all carried bouquets from
Delford West Flowers that were made up of soft pinks, blush, and off-white blooms with greenery tucked in. The beautiful bouquets were feminine and paired perfectly with the gowns.
The bridal bouquets tied in with the rustic elegant table arrangements that sat upon each dining table inside the barn. The blush and offwhite floral centerpieces were in a rustic wooden box which balanced out the tables that had an ivory linen with a slightly sheer and intricately embroidered overlay draped on them from
Pleasanton Event Rentals.
Each guests place setting had a stack of a gold charger and a lace detailed plate topped with a blush napkin with a personalized thank you card tucked-in. In-lieu of favors the couple added a droozy stone with their wedding hashtag as an enhancement at each place setting.
Although the brand new barn was beautiful on it’s own, the couple hired Fantasy Sound to add soft chiffon draping from the vaulted ceiling as well as a backdrop behind their sweetheart table to add a more romantic touch to the space.
After a delicious Barque dinner by
Brentwood Fine Meats, the couple opened up their personalized candy buffet featured on a rustic wagon with all of the candy in various shades of pink. Adjacent to the candy buffet was their beautiful 3-tier ivory cake with sweet details and fresh flowers accenting it. With the bride being a big fan of donuts, the groom and his dad made their very own donut wall that featured a variety of fresh donuts from one of the couples favorite local donut shop. To keep in theme, the brides mom surprised her daughter with specialty sprinkles in even more pink!
With
Tylar Delegeane as their photographer, the couple had every sweet moment so beautifully captured throughout the day. In addition to their spectacular photographer,
Amos Productions caught every detail throughout the day with their videography work which also featured a drone!
The couple celebrated their marriage at such a beautiful new venue on a perfectly warm sunny day surrounded by their closest friends and family who showed their love and support for the couple with a fun photo right after the ceremony. Every guest raised their hands making a heart shape to wish the newlyweds all their love as they embark on their life together!
