Paint Samples {Tip of the Day}

I highly recommend always getting samples of paint before buying the full amount you need. Even if you love the color. Even if you swear it’ll work. Get a sample & try it out. Colors always look different on the wall than they do on the paint chip. Lighting, coats, space, it all affects the outcome of the color. And believe me, it is a whole lot cheaper to get a sample (or 10) to make sure you love it when you test it out than buying gallons and being SOL if you hate it.

These little containers of color are for 3 different rooms of my house; my dining room wall (dark green), all interior walls – minus bedrooms & bathrooms (light green), and the laundry room (blue). I am not a light-color kind of girl. So I definitely need to try out some shades before finalizing any color choices!
